Oregano i jego właściwości

 Wzrastające zapotrzebowanie konsumentów na tzw. ekologiczną i bezpieczną żywność  powoduje  coraz szersze wykorzystanie  ziół i produktów uzyskiwanych na ich bazie w żywieniu.  Obecność w ziołach wielu związków czynnych oraz  występowanie ich w unikatowych kombinacjach powoduje, że poszczególne rośliny zielarskie charakteryzują się swoistymi właściwościami. Jedną z  roślin zielarskich na którą zwraca się szczególną uwagę w ostatnim czasie jest oregano.
