Biodostępność niwalenolu u drobiu

Magdalena Gajęcka, Łukasz Zielonka, Maciej Gajęcki

Ta praca przeglądowa, przedstawia informacje dotyczące badań in vivo jednej z mikotoksyn z rodzaju Fusarium w ostatniej dekadzie. Prowadzone badania dotyczą oceny toksyczności podostrej, podprzewlekłej i ostrej oraz badań toksykokinetycznych i teratogennych. Najczęściej wykorzystywane zwierzęta w badaniach in vivo to świnie, szczury, kury i myszy. Niwalenol (NEW) jest jedną z częściej badanych fuzariotoksyn. Badania mieszanin mikotoksyn są również częste, a deoksyniwalenol jest na ogół jedną z nich. Główną drogą narażenia jest droga doustna, najczęściej w formie naturalnie zanieczyszczonej paszy. Inne formy podawania są również wykorzystywane jak dootrzewnowa, dożylna i podskórna. W badaniach in vivo mikotoksyn Fusarium, zwiększyła się potrzebę badań w zakresie bezpieczeństwa żywności i pasz.
